Let the HRF serve you!

We are so sorry for your loss. The Haven Rose Foundation is founded on a community that understands the weight of loss. Grief is not something to carry alone. We currently serve bereaved families who have experienced minor child loss (17 years and younger).

We highly encourage any family, close friend or medical professional to initiate family care services on behalf of the bereaved family. This can be a true blessing to community coming around a family in first stages of loss.

WHAT HRF CURRENTLY PROVIDES:

• Comfort Basket

  • Each basket is filled with unique items to provide each family a source of comfort during this time of grief. (Delivery within 30 miles of Portland, OR)

• Funeral Support

  • HRF can help navigate funeral arrangements and provide a voucher toward burial cost.

• Family Hope Courier

  • Someone who understands the sting of grief, and will help support your family in this season. They will also help with connecting to other resources as needs come up.

Upon filling out this form, the HRF will reach out by matching your family with a trained Hope Coordinator. This coordinator will schedule a time to drop off a free-of-charge gift basket. After form submission, someone will be contacting you within 3-5 business days.
